Lead Product Manager – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance our product-led growth strategy encompassing onboarding, retention, and engagement.

• Establish and execute a measurable roadmap concentrating on activation, user adoption, and long-term retention.

• Coordinate with stakeholders across Product, Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Data, and Engineering.

• Mentor and guide 1 to 2 Product Managers involved in growth initiatives.

• Collaborate with Data teams to pinpoint friction points, identify opportunities, and gather key behavioral insights.

• Work alongside Marketing and PMM on joint initiatives, messaging, and KPIs.

• Design, implement, and assess experiments to validate and enhance growth initiatives.

• Foster accountability, prioritization, and disciplined execution across the roadmap.

• Serve as the primary product leader for growth initiatives throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated PLG experience throughout the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to optimization.

• Proven history of enhancing onboarding, activation, engagement, or retention through product initiatives.

• Practical experience conducting A/B tests and analyzing the results of experiments.

• High level of data fluency, capable of utilizing metrics and insights to guide decision-making.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clarify complex issues for diverse audiences.

• Experience in leading and nurturing Product Managers with a coaching approach.

• Established ability to influence cross-functional teams and achieve alignment without direct authority.

• Comfortable working at the intersection of Product and Marketing.

• Highly organized, operationally adept, and results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
