Lead Product Manager, Data Sources

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the multi-quarter roadmap for Data Sources, focusing on documentation, fraud prevention, and data aggregation.

• Create concise specifications and one-page documents.

• Engage with clients, including mortgage lenders, government entities, and tenant screening services on a weekly basis.

• Manage key performance metrics such as accuracy, fraud detection rates, bank connection success, and SLA achievement rates.

• Guide and mentor product managers and engineers within the team.

• Communicate Truv's narrative regarding data sources to external audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management, with substantial expertise in data, machine learning/artificial intelligence, fintech, or verification/identity platforms.

• Proven track record of owning a data-centric product, such as document understanding, OCR, financial data aggregation, or fraud detection, at a significant scale.

• Strong technical proficiency.

• History of achieving SLA and reliability results.

• Experience in regulated sectors (mortgage, lending, government) is highly advantageous.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Strong customer focus.

• Experience working on verification or KYC/KYB products utilized by lenders.

• Comfortable delivering results in a startup environment.
