Lead Product Manager – Billing Stream

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the payment gateway across various iGaming projects and regions.

• Take ownership of and enhance key payment metrics, including conversion rates, approval rates, and system stability.

• Generate hypotheses and prioritize initiatives driven by data analysis.

• Optimize antifraud measures, KYC processes, and withdrawal workflows.

• Ensure adherence to and advancement of PCI DSS compliance requirements.

• Implement and manage alternative payment methods.

• Monitor the stability and performance of payment solutions.

• Collaborate effectively with PSP teams and external service providers.

• Lead a cross-functional product team comprising product managers, analysts, and developers.

• Set objectives, create a roadmap, and enhance stream performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Lead, Team Lead, Stream Lead, or Head of Product.

• Practical experience in payments, billing, fintech, or the iGaming sector.

• Familiarity with PSPs and alternative payment methods.

• Strong product-oriented mindset with an emphasis on business outcomes.

• Experience in managing teams and engaging stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach.

• Background in conducting numerous A/B tests.

• Understanding of event-based analytics and web events.

• Technical knowledge of API integrations and system architecture.

• Experience in managing product backlogs and roadmaps.
