This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +6 more states.
β’ Enhances enterprise value by identifying and developing automation opportunities across various CenterWell sectors, such as Home Health, Primary Care, and Pharmacy.
β’ Collaborates with teams to identify workflow inefficiencies and create human-centered, AI-enabled solutions that enhance experience, efficiency, and clinical/operational outcomes.
β’ Establishes leading indicators to evaluate success and promote continuous improvement.
β’ Advocates for scalable, reusable automation capabilities and the responsible adoption of automation within a regulated healthcare context.
β’ Reports directly to the Director of Product Management.
β’ Concentrates on collaborating with CenterWell segments to identify, shape, and advance automation opportunities that yield measurable value.
β’ Utilizes data analysis, journey mapping, and process mapping to pinpoint friction points, assess opportunity size, and establish clear leading indicators of success.
β’ Oversees the development of automation use cases from initial concept through validation, working alongside product, engineering, clinical, compliance, and operational teams.
β’ Ensures that solutions align with user needs, encourage the reuse of scalable AI-enabled capabilities, and refine opportunities based on performance insights and priorities.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in experience strategy, service design, process improvement, or automation-centric roles, with a proven track record of developing opportunities.
β’ Proficiency in process mapping (e.g., journey maps, swimlanes, value stream mapping) and utilizing data to detect inefficiencies, quantify opportunities, and define leading indicators.
β’ Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow orchestration, agentic automation) and knowledge of AI/ML or generative AI applications in enterprise environments.
β’ Solid understanding of healthcare workflows and ecosystems, including clinical and operational processes within Home Health, Primary Care, or Pharmacy.
β’ Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, compliance, and operations teams to shape and advance solutions.
β’ Capability to translate user needs and challenges into scalable, experience-driven solutions.
β’ Experience in communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to both internal and external partners, with the capacity to align diverse teams around opportunities and outcomes.
