Lead Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of projects from the initial problem definition to final delivery, encompassing PRDs, task breakdowns, execution, and launch.

• Lead the discovery process through structured user interviews, usage analytics, and direct feedback from customers.

• Convert intricate portfolio and performance ideas into user-friendly, reliable workflows.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to provide precise, high-performance, and scalable analytics.

• Clearly communicate timelines, trade-offs, and changes across the organization.

• Make informed decisions balancing correctness, usability, and speed.

• Be responsible for outcomes, focusing on results rather than just output.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, specifically in developing and launching data-driven or workflow-intensive products.

• Comfortable with quantitative concepts and eager to delve deeply into portfolio analytics, options, and credit.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage features from start to finish with minimal supervision.

• Able to work with complex real-world data and make informed judgment calls.

• Strong instincts for discovery with a preference for engaging directly with users.

• Excellent written communication skills that are clear and concise.

• Willing to thoughtfully challenge ideas when something seems illogical.
