This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
β’ Lead the PMF discovery cycle for Commerce: conduct organized customer discovery sessions with CMOs, R&D directors, and digital leaders at CPG and life-sciences accounts; synthesize insights into hypotheses and eliminate ineffective approaches.
β’ Transform ambiguity into clarity: take vague issues from key enterprise accounts and return with a well-defined problem statement, a prioritized experiment, and a decision.
β’ Establish and defend the product roadmap as clear bets with hypotheses, timelines, and success metrics aligned with company OKRs.
β’ Create PRDs that engineering and data science can effectively act upon; manage the backlog comprehensively.
β’ Collaborate with GTM on sales-led discovery: participate in enterprise calls, refine pricing and packaging signals, and foster feedback loops between deals and the roadmap.
β’ Design and conduct experiments on live products β including A/B tests, staged rollouts, and feature flags β and disseminate findings throughout the organization.
β’ Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver iterative value while maintaining scientific rigor.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in Product Management, including a minimum of 2 years in enterprise B2B SaaS β sales-led motion with 6-figure ACVs.
β’ Demonstrated experience managing products targeted at the US market.
β’ You have personally led a PMF cycle on a product that was already live but unclear, rather than just deploying features in a large organization.
β’ You have engaged with CMOs and R&D directors in CPG, beauty, or life-sciences companies (or closely related regulated sectors) and understand their decision-making processes.
β’ Strong foundation in discovery and delivery: PRDs, prioritization frameworks, outcome-based planning, and stakeholder alignment.
β’ Analytical proficiency: setting metrics, interpreting product analytics, and designing and analyzing experiments.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Comfortable functioning as a player-coach in a dynamic, low-process environment.
β’ Strong, hands-on expertise with LLM/AI tools, including vibe-coding.
