Lead Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage Galileo's strategy for clinical data and interoperability, ensuring alignment among engineering, clinical, and leadership stakeholders towards a unified goal.

• Establish product specifications for clinical data infrastructure, collaborating closely with engineering to convert clinical workflow requirements into technically robust specifications.

• Oversee the EHR integration roadmap — pinpoint opportunities for enhanced integration, define the architectural strategy, and lead execution from specification to production.

• Direct clinical workflow decisions at the enterprise level throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from defining requirements to clinical adoption and continuous performance assessment.

• Assess and guide the ethical application of AI and agentic frameworks within clinical product environments, with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and architectural discipline.

• Collaborate with clinical operations to ensure that product decisions align with the actual practices of clinicians.

• Facilitate cross-functional alignment during times of organizational change, proactively identifying obstacles and guiding stakeholders towards decisions instead of prolonged discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare technology product management, including at least 4 years focused on clinical data, EHR integration, or interoperability.

• Proven track record of owning and delivering an interoperability or clinical data strategy that has been successfully implemented.

• Hands-on experience with EHR systems, whether from a product or integration perspective.

• Solid understanding of FHIR R4, HL7 v2/v3, and clinical data standards, with enough knowledge to effectively communicate with engineers without needing a translator.

• Experience in managing enterprise-level clinical tooling decisions that impact clinical workflows on a large scale.

• Demonstrated capability to function effectively in ambiguous, rapidly growing environments without a predefined roadmap.
