Lead Product Enablement Instructor – Partner Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Employ fundamental learning principles and innovative presentation techniques to develop and deliver top-notch training.

• Provide materials and workshops through various platforms, utilizing both in-person and virtual approaches.

• Primarily support diverse North American time zones, locations, and languages based on demand and expertise.

• Facilitate complete live training sessions and manage the coordination of all logistics for day-of delivery.

• Collaborate directly with cross-functional subject matter experts to gather content tailored to the audience's anticipated knowledge level.

• Actively engage in team and company meetings, ensuring consistent communication with managers, team members, and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 years of experience in group instruction, technical training, or a related field.

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience as a group training instructor, preferably with Partners or in software implementations, is preferred.

• Exhibits a strong investigative mindset with a commitment to analyzing existing training methodologies.

• Comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles and practical knowledge of designing effective, blended learning experiences.

• Familiarity with LMS systems and their integrations.

• Natural talent for engaging, leading, and establishing credibility with groups of varying skill levels.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• A critical thinker capable of addressing questions spontaneously.

• Self-motivated, action-oriented, and highly independent in executing tasks.
