This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Implementation, customization, support, and evolution of solutions aimed at managing third-party risks, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Development and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaboration with HR, IT, and Business departments.
• Experience in developing and configuring the ServiceNow platform focusing on Employee Center (EC) and user experience (UX).
• Knowledge in the implementation, customization, and evolution of portals and digital experiences for employees.
• Experience with Employee Center, Employee Center Pro, Service Portal, and Workspaces.
• Development using JavaScript, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Widgets, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Experience in designing user journeys and defining self-service experiences.
• Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and best practices in UX/UI.
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and scalable digital solutions.
• Experience with integrations via REST, SOAP, APIs, and Web Services.
• Collaboration with HR, IT, and Business areas to define and enhance employee experiences.
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Knowledge Management.
• Virtual Agent.
• Mobile App.
• UI Builder and Employee Center Pro.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS).
• ITIL Foundation V3 or V4.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe).
• Health Plan: Up to two dependents with no monthly fee (from the third dependent, partial cost will apply), with co-payment for exams and consultations;
