This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take the lead in designing intricate product interfaces, platform functionalities, or strategic projects that have a significant impact across the business and various teams.
• Work closely with leaders from Product, Engineering, Research, Analytics, Operations, and partner product teams to define vision and strategy.
• Develop practical design methodologies for intricate workflows, shared systems, and scalable user experiences.
• Produce high-quality designs from initial concept to final execution while balancing user requirements with business objectives.
• Assist teams in implementing and enhancing design-system standards, platform guidelines, and reusable interaction models.
• Shape product and design trajectories through effective storytelling, framing, and strategic critique.
• Collaborate with Engineering to address technical constraints, dependencies, and implementation trade-offs.
• Establish quality benchmarks and offer detailed design feedback to colleagues and junior designers.
• Guide and mentor designers, fostering the growth of the design organization’s culture, skills, and overall impact.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Design or a relevant combination of education, experience, and training.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in designing digital products.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, platform, or high-impact projects.
• A portfolio that showcases comprehensive product design, systems thinking, scalable solutions, and measurable business results.
• Strong proficiency in interaction design, product thinking, systems thinking, and design systems.
• Experience in shaping product strategies and influencing roadmap development with cross-functional teams.
• Background in designing shared platforms, internal tools, enterprise workflows, or products catering to multiple user groups or downstream teams.
• Capability to navigate through ambiguity and organize complex or undefined problem areas.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching other designers.
• May need to obtain a gaming license issued by the relevant state authority as a condition of employment.
