Lead Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of product design experience.

• At least 5 years in a senior or higher position.

• Extensive expertise in UI, interaction, visual design, and content, with a proven history of delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments.

• Proven ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams and effectively communicate complex design decisions to diverse audiences.

• Proficient in Figma, animation, UX research methods, prototyping, and conducting or participating in design reviews.

• Experience in designing AI-driven tools, agent interfaces, or prototyping workflows; comfortable using AI tools daily and designing with an AI-first approach.

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong design skills, process depth, and strategic thinking.

• High levels of curiosity, a growth mindset, and the ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.

• Experience in early-stage, design-focused, or deep-tech startups.

• Nice-to-have: Background in marketplace/fintech, along with personal collecting/investing experience.
