Lead Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of sophisticated and impactful product experiences for Leona’s digital offerings.

• Dedicate time to understanding our target audience and cultivate empathy for their distinct needs.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Serve as a key decision-maker within a small yet talented group.

• Assist in establishing Leona as a company renowned for its design excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in designing mobile-first digital products, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• Specific expertise in designing for native mobile applications (iOS or Android), along with in-depth knowledge of standard design patterns and guidelines.

• Proficient in the various tools required for each phase of the design process.

• Comfortable transitioning ideas from wireframes to pixel-perfect deliverables, and enthusiastic about defining and owning this process.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineers.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A strong passion for building.
