Lead Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define our organization's strategy for product design.

• Promote the professional development of fellow designers.

• Ensure the effective use, maintenance, and updates of our MUI-based design system.

• Engage directly to tackle our most complex design challenges.

• Connect with at least one customer each week to stay informed about user needs.

• Lead the advancement of design methodologies to integrate AI, adapting our approach as tool capabilities expand and quality enhances.

• Foster a culture of rapid iteration: prioritize swift shipping and learning over analysis paralysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product design, successfully launching new products and features.

• Expert-level understanding of design systems and design principles.

• Familiarity with poker, at least to the level of a casual enthusiast.

• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with a professional tone.

• A proven track record of delivering results efficiently.

• Experience in designing products with the assistance of AI.
