This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Spearhead the strategy and implementation of impactful visual design projects that represent transformative causes, products, organizations, and the Givelify brand.
• Deliver high-quality creative output while balancing strategic objectives and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Establish, uphold, and enhance Givelify’s visual brand identity across all platforms.
• Act as a design representative in cross-functional planning, reviews, and strategic discussions.
• Mentor fellow designers through guidance, consultation, and sharing of best practices.
• Define and advance design strategies for significant initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, team members, and executive leadership.
• Lead exceptional designs across both digital and physical mediums.
• Integrate audience insights and business strategy into design choices.
• Advocate for visual standards, consistency, and innovation within the Givelify brand.
• Collaborate with project managers, marketers, business stakeholders, and creative leaders.
• Enhance design quality across the organization through mentorship, thought leadership, creative culture, and design systems.
• Monitor key performance indicators including creative cycle duration and response rates per cycle.
• Report directly to the Art Director.
• Over 6 years of proven experience in design.
• A portfolio or link to work is required with your application.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Strong conceptual thinking accompanied by a modern, user-focused aesthetic.
• Expertise in typography, color usage, and layout hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience leading design strategy in cross-functional teams.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adjust to evolving business requirements.
• Outstanding organizational, planning, execution, and time management skills.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence.
• Resourceful and creative in addressing complex challenges.
• Ability to link design choices to brand and business outcomes.
