Lead Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in all facets of product design, including user research, prototyping, interaction, and visual design.

• Work in close collaboration with product owners, engineers, and user researchers to develop a vision for your product area and engage others in your perspective.

• Advanced expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Ability to create innovative end-to-end experiences across various channels (including web and mobile) that are informed by human insights, data, and business objectives.

• Proven experience utilizing analytics, user research, and other methodologies to inform decisions and iterate on the product.

• Background in working with, designing, or maintaining design systems.

• Experience in collaborating with distributed teams.

• Familiarity with working alongside product management and engineering teams.

• Experience in leading or facilitating workshops, design sprints, and design studios.
