Lead Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead foundational product design across the core product, influencing workflows, information architecture, and experience consistency as the product advances.

• Create high-quality, user-friendly experiences that simplify complexity while ensuring uniformity across a developing product ecosystem, including new agentic and AI-driven interfaces.

• Utilize design to inform product priorities, scope, and strategic decisions, extending influence beyond mere execution.

• Proactively investigate and incorporate AI tools into your workflow to enhance efficiency, speed, and insight.

• Guide designers through constructive feedback, strong craftsmanship and design reasoning, and visible practices that refine decision-making, enhance judgment, and improve both team processes and product results.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver products.

• Lead with empathy and clarity, facilitating team alignment around common goals and a strong customer focus.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of product design experience, including roles at a senior or lead level.

• Robust mobile and web product design experience, ideally in SaaS or similar environments with diverse and complex user personas.

• Proven track record of leading impactful design initiatives in ambiguous or foundational product areas, not limited to feature implementation.

• Extensive expertise in UX, systems thinking, and workflow design, with the capability to maintain coherence across intricate product ecosystems.

• Demonstrated success in elevating design quality and mentoring an expanding team.

• Strong aptitude for balancing long-term product vision with swift, iterative execution that fosters learning while preserving product integrity.

• AI-native mindset, with a genuine passion for creating agentic and AI-driven experiences. While skepticism is acceptable, fear or negativity towards AI is not suitable for this role.
