Lead Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the discovery process, evaluate existing practices, and design future-state solutions.

• Organize and facilitate workshops as well as decision-making sessions.

• Propel enterprise process harmonization via simplification, standardization, optimization, and governance.

• Execute root-cause analysis, gap analysis, and process evaluations.

• Convert process designs into business and solution requirements, user stories, process maps, and business cases.

• Conduct change impact assessments across various dimensions including people, processes, technology, data, and organizational factors.

• Create and uphold documentation related to solution design, testing, training, adoption, and governance.

• Lead the alignment of cross-functional stakeholders, decision-making processes, and problem resolution.

• Encourage continuous improvement and prioritize enhancements to processes.

• Track process outcomes and gather stakeholder feedback.

• Assist in solution validation, testing, go-live readiness, and adoption in collaboration with change, training, and business teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, management consulting, or transformation initiatives.

• Experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects that involve process design, organizational change, and technology-driven transformations.

• Demonstrated capability to facilitate workshops, foster stakeholder alignment, and handle competing priorities.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in stakeholder management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.

• Proficient in business analysis, process mapping, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Visio, or Lucidchart.

• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Change Management, or Process Excellence are preferred.

• Experience in a global, multi-brand organization is a plus.
