Lead Primary Design Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Independently designing solutions for projects in the high-voltage sector (110kV – 380kV), managing constructive interfaces, and producing documentation using AutoCAD, Primtech, and/or REVIT (2D/3D).

• Creating various project elements, including floor plans, plant layouts, sections, site plans, construction specifications, mechanical calculations, and renovation concepts.

• Acquiring the necessary technical plant data and configurations while clarifying interfaces during coordination meetings with project staff, customers, and suppliers.

• Reporting to the project team and management regarding any significant deviations in quality, objectives, costs, and timelines.

• Working collaboratively within project teams, taking responsibility for specific sub-projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Diploma or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Energy Technology.

• Several years of relevant experience in primary technical planning, project management, and the execution of projects involving high and extra-high voltage lines (110kV – 380kV) is mandatory.

• Strong proficiency in software and tools such as AutoCAD, Primtech, REVIT, BIM, MS Office, and Windows is advantageous.

• A robust analytical and solution-focused approach.

• A collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills.

• Proficiency in English is required.
