• Accountable for overseeing teams and creating high-quality Power Platform solutions that bring satisfaction to customers.

• Engage with clients, share insights, and provide mentorship to team members.

• Manage, coach, and nurture a small team of individuals, with an emphasis on performance and career progression.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in designing, constructing, testing, and maintaining modern software applications, including Power Platform solutions.

• Technical leadership of teams involved in building and testing modern, scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that adhere to software development guidelines, practices, and patterns such as XP and TDD.

• Experience in taking technical ownership of a Low Code project, encompassing architecture, estimation, product planning, and the creation of user stories/requirements.

• Capability to balance technical choices with user requirements and commercial limitations.

• Expertise in Low Code software design and development across all solution layers.

• Familiarity with the latest Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery methodologies.

• In-depth knowledge of Low Code concepts and products, particularly Microsoft Power Platform.

• Understanding of public cloud platforms, such as AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS services.
