This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage Adobe Creative Cloud licensing, product profiles, user provisioning, entitlement management, and configuration of the Adobe Admin Console.
• Offer daily assistance for Adobe Creative Cloud applications and services, encompassing installation, sign-in, synchronization, and troubleshooting of applications.
• Address administration requirements for Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform, including access requests, environment support, approved usage guidance, and issue triage.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to uphold governance for Creative Cloud, Copilot, Power Platform, generative AI features, and content protection standards.
• Facilitate application deployment, packaging, updates, and identity integration across managed devices and enterprise platforms.
• Track service health, license utilization, support trends, and operational challenges to enhance reliability, reduce costs, and improve the user experience.
• Create runbooks, knowledge articles, and support documentation for administration, troubleshooting, and governance procedures.
• Empower users through training sessions, office hours, and best-practice advice related to Adobe Creative Cloud, Copilot, and Power Platform solutions.
• Over 3 years of experience in enterprise application administration, platform operations, or end-user support.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Adobe Creative Cloud administration.
• Practical experience with Adobe Admin Console, license management, user access administration, and support processes for Creative Cloud.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform administration.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, enterprise software deployment, and troubleshooting across managed endpoints.
• Awareness of security, compliance, and governance issues associated with cloud content services, generative AI, and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convert technical issues into straightforward guidance.
