GenAI Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Operationalize LLM/RAG

• Implement management of prompts/versions and conduct safety checks

• Establish SLIs/SLOs and manage on-call responsibilities

• Enhance p95 latency through caching strategies

• Deliver SDKs and Terraform/IaC modules

• Must be a US Citizen

• Proficient in Python

• Experience with retrieval/vector search technologies (e.g., pgvector/Milvus/OpenSearch)

• Ability to conceptualize SLOs and dashboards

• Effective communication skills with engineers, PMs, and security stakeholders
