Dynamics 365/Power Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Solution Design & Development: Create, develop, and implement tailored applications and integrations utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools.

• Customization & Configuration: Modify Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and construct Power Apps/Power Automate workflows.

• Integration: Connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems through web services, APIs, and connectors.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Power BI to generate dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Engage with business analysts, project managers, and team members.

• Quality Assurance & Testing: Guarantee the quality and functionality of applications by conducting thorough testing.

• Coding and Testing: Write and implement code to ensure applications adhere to quality standards.

• Best Practices & Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

• Data Management: Manage data migration, integration, and data quality assurance processes.

• Project Management: Contribute to project planning and execution.

• Mentorship/Training: Guide fellow developers on Dynamics-related issues and offer support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Demonstrated experience in developing and customizing Dynamics 365 modules.

• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and data modeling.

• Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics with third-party applications through APIs, web services, and connectors.

• Practical experience with model-driven apps, canvas apps, and custom connectors in Power Apps.

• Expertise in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration (plugins, workflows, forms, views, business rules).

• Proficient in Power Automate for creating workflows and automating business processes.

• Extensive experience in Power BI for developing data visualizations, reports, and dashboards.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD, and release management.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and other web development technologies.
