Lead Polygraph Examiner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of enhanced vetting and polygraph operations

• Ensure that candidates are screened promptly and in accordance with regulations

• Act as the main point of contact for the client regarding planning and scheduling

• Supervise designated Polygraph Examiners and supporting staff

• Evaluate completed examinations for technical precision

• Create operational reports and communicate any risks or resource requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• At least eight (8) years of experience in international polygraph programs

• Graduate of a recognized professional polygraph and vetting training course

• Documented completion of no less than 500 NCCA-accredited LEPET polygraph examinations

• Proven experience in coordinating and executing effective polygraph programs

• Proficient in both spoken and written English

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities

• Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• U.S. citizen with the capability to obtain and sustain security clearance
