Lead Platform Mobile Engineer

• Take ownership and define the technical vision for iOS and Android mobile platforms.

• Drive enhancements to mobile architecture, engineering standards, and development methodologies.

• Tackle technical debt and platform issues to enhance app performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with mobile and product teams to optimize software development, testing, and release workflows.

• Balance enhancements to the platform with timely product delivery.

• Share expertise, guide technical choices, and assist mobile engineers in their professional growth.

• Provide support for essential mobile infrastructure, security, and dependency updates across SalonBiz as necessary.

• Extensive hands-on experience in mobile engineering for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Proven experience in leading technical projects and influencing architectural and engineering decisions.

• Strong grasp of mobile platform architecture, performance, reliability, and security considerations.

• Capable of identifying technical obstacles, prioritizing enhancements, and devising practical solutions.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams.

• Excellent communication skills coupled with a collaborative mindset.

• Enthusiasm for knowledge sharing, mentoring others, and pursuing continuous improvement.
