Lead Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Assess, design, and execute technology solutions to enhance and advance technology strategies within a specific line of business.

• Act as the primary contact for software vendor(s) for systems employed by a designated line of business.

• Keep informed about forthcoming changes and enhancements in vendor software and their potential impact on the business.

• Collaborate with the line of business to devise solutions that integrate software modifications and work effectively with business partners to ensure successful implementation.

• Deploy and sustain new features and capabilities while continuously enhancing the quality of our technical products and services.

• Foster a culture of ongoing improvement.

• Offer operational support and troubleshooting for your team’s products and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology discipline or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

• Over six years of engineering or related IT work experience pertinent to the role.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

• Comprehensive understanding and considerable experience with contemporary software development practices, tools, and/or hardware technologies.

• Solid grasp of IT security best practices.

• Proficiency in one or more technical and/or functional areas relevant to the role.

• Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting intricate technical solutions.
