Power Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain robust, responsive, and scalable applications in a Federal setting.

• Engage in hands-on development of Power Platform canvas apps to enhance and automate organizational business workflows.

• Create application Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) to showcase and iteratively improve their business value and functionality.

• Build Canvas Apps from the ground up or utilize existing data sources.

• Grasp the user interface, controls, and screen navigation for forms and views.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in the Federal sector developing robust, responsive, and scalable Power Platform applications (both model-driven and canvas) utilizing multiple data sources.

• Experience in automating business processes using Agile requirements, functional specifications, wireframes, etc.

• Proficiency in constructing robust Power Automate Process Flows.

• Ability to develop proof of concepts to validate use cases and prototype solutions for end-users.

• Familiarity with Data Gateways and connectors, as well as creating custom connectors.

• Experience with data sources such as Dataverse.

• Knowledge of working with SharePoint online document libraries and their integration with apps/Dataverse.

• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and design artifacts to effectively communicate requirements and demonstrate to both client stakeholders and development teams.

• Collaborate with customers and end-users to ensure developed solutions align with requirements.

• Capable of working independently as a self-starter within a collaborative team setting.
