This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Lead a team of Physician Recruiters by providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure effective sourcing, qualification, and placement of high-quality Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) across various specialties, including Hospitalists, General Surgery, Telehealth, and Specialty Care, while managing the sourcing, recruiting, and staffing for a region with over 12 programs.
• Mentor, coach, and onboard team members to enhance overall team capabilities and performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert and primary resource for complex or escalated issues.
• Anticipate potential challenges and propose proactive solutions.
• Oversee the creation of comprehensive job descriptions and marketing strategies aimed at attracting top-tier candidates.
• Supervise and refine the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Audit and optimize job postings on relevant platforms and online sources to maximize visibility and attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
• Review resumes and conduct interviews for high-priority or leadership-level positions while supporting team members in their recruiting efforts.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and team performance, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with hiring objectives, support business development, and pinpoint opportunities for new or expanded services.
• Participate in and assist with new facility startup and launch processes by providing recruitment leadership and operational insights.
• Ensure that accurate and up-to-date customer data and recruitment metrics are maintained in the ATS and CRM systems.
• Serve as a liaison between recruiting, operations, and clinical leadership to ensure a seamless onboarding and integration process for new hires.
• Facilitate ongoing education and training for team members, including best practices in physician recruitment and compliance standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve recruitment branding, enhance candidate experience, and drive strategic outreach using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and data-driven insights.
• Represent the recruiting team in meetings with various stakeholders in the absence of the Director of Physician Relations.
• 5+ years of experience in Physician Sourcing and/or Recruiting.
• 3+ years of dedicated experience with Rural Physicians Group as a Physician Recruiter.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and recruitment analytics.
• Proven ability to assess and assist in the professional development of recruitment specialists while fostering a collaborative, performance-driven team culture.
• Strong technical skills with modern sourcing tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Capability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Skilled in analyzing workflows and identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related business software.
• Willingness and availability to travel for site visits, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
• CPRP certification through APPRR is required.
