This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

• Act as the subject matter authority for the designated pharmacy center of excellence.

• Collaborate with Pharmacy management and leadership to enhance department efficiencies.

• Exemplify leadership and support the objectives of the company and department.

• Drive outcomes and maintain a consistent standard of performance from the team of Pharmacists.

• Enhance team capabilities through effective leadership in a call center setting.

• Develop, analyze, and oversee Salesforce reports while utilizing RX30, Salesforce, and OnBase.

• Organize and track follow-up activities related to the Pharmacist assignment schedule.

• Work with internal partners to address and resolve patient-related issues.

• Provide indirect management and coaching to peers regarding phone performance and metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD).

• An active license in the state of residence.

• Experience in pharmacist verification tasks.

• Previous management or leadership experience is preferred.

• Expertise in Clinical Judgment.

• Prior experience with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa is a plus.
