Lead Payroll Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary analyst for payroll processing across various US states, Canadian provinces, and LATAM nations.

• Take ownership of payroll items and ensure precise processing within Workday.

• Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries related to payroll.

• Identify and implement methods to enhance payroll processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in payroll and/or accounting.

• Experience with Workday payroll is essential.

• Strong understanding of payroll regulations in US states and Canadian provinces.

• Advanced skills in Excel are required.

• Proven ability to lead through influence.
