Lead Microsoft 365 Architect, Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and design SharePoint Online site templates, page templates, and custom web components.

• Develop and manage solutions utilizing the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

• Build workflows and automate processes to enhance site functionality and improve user experience.

• Develop integration solutions leveraging Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell.

• Connect SharePoint with taxonomy and metadata management systems.

• Set up governance and site provisioning solutions within Microsoft 365.

• Execute enterprise search and metadata-driven content discovery strategies.

• Assist in the integration of new features into existing SharePoint environments.

• Conduct functional testing and quality assurance processes.

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and address any issues that arise.

• Support deployment, migration, and implementation tasks.

• Produce technical documentation, user manuals, and maintenance resources.

• Lead knowledge transfer and training sessions for both end users and administrators.

• Contribute to ongoing maintenance and initiatives for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Microsoft technologies and application development.

• More than 3 years of practical experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 development.

• In-depth experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell / PnP PowerShell, and SharePoint Online administration and development.

• Proven experience in integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and Microsoft 365 services.

• Comprehensive knowledge of SharePoint metadata management, taxonomy, content classification, and enterprise search solutions, including Microsoft Search.

• Experience in designing and implementing custom SharePoint web components and templates.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
