📋 Description

• Oversee the service operations of member organizations to ensure member satisfaction and meet strategic objectives.

• Supervise the entire process of membership applications from initial intake to final decision.

• Execute programs and initiatives aimed at engaging existing members.

• Monitor member performance and ensure compliance with OPTN policies, bylaws, and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct regular reviews of member information to identify possible deficiencies or improvement opportunities.

• Analyze membership applications and update requests for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to compliance standards.

• Prepare summaries of applications and provide support to committees evaluating membership requests.

• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis of performance metrics and trends of members.

• Promptly address inquiries from transplant centers, OPOs, and laboratories regarding membership applications, compliance issues, and policy inquiries.

• Maintain precise records of applications, reviews, and membership data within OPTN tracking systems.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Policy, Business Administration, Healthcare, Customer Service, or a related field.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in roles related to policy compliance, operational oversight, healthcare processes, or customer service.

• Strong skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.

• Experience with data-driven systems or databases is preferred.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

• Experience in customer service.
