This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +19 more states.
• Develop comprehensive MarTech roadmaps that are in line with the long-term growth trajectories and business objectives of clients.
• Lead enterprise-level projects involving Adobe Experience Cloud (such as CJA, AJO, CDP, AEP, etc.) with minimal supervision, acting as the main point of contact for sensitive or high-level strategic discussions.
• Foresee client requirements and possible obstacles, identifying new business opportunities and establishing "failsafes" to prevent issues before they occur.
• Take ownership of client project delivery from a value perspective, ensuring service delivery that generates measurable business impact.
• Oversee project teams consisting of various MarTech resources, ensuring cohesive execution on complex initiatives.
• Serve as the final quality assurance checkpoint; conduct QA and sign-offs for team members' work and provide guidance on quality standards.
• Consistently build, refine, and document internal team standards, processes, and knowledge-sharing systems to facilitate team scalability.
• Offer broad technical strategy across a range of MarTech tools, particularly focusing on AEP, CJA, AJO, CDP, and/or Target.
• Demonstrated experience with Customer Journey Analytics and the foundational Adobe Experience Platform, including (1) XDM schema design, (2) identity stitching, and (3) CJA workspace architecture. Experience must encompass implementation tasks, workspace analysis, data view configuration, and/or CJA support. Candidates with Adobe certifications (e.g., CJA Business Practitioner) are strongly encouraged to apply.
• 6–8+ years of experience in marketing technology, with a proven history of managing complex stacks and data integrations.
• Proven experience transitioning from tactical implementation to high-level strategic roles (for example, leading digital transformation or stack consolidation initiatives).
• Strategic knowledge of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its tools, as well as how other Adobe Experience Cloud products integrate at the platform level.
• Exceptional capability to convey complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and handle sensitive client scenarios with professionalism.
• Experience in developing internal SOPs, QA frameworks, or training modules.
• Proven collaborative approach and a “self-starter” mentality, characterized by natural curiosity and critical thinking abilities.
