This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead, oversee, and nurture the Marketing Account Management team consisting of four members.
• Ensure a consistent level of service quality, strategic insight, and client satisfaction across the team.
• Take ownership of and guide Keyloop’s largest Managed Service accounts.
• Supervise the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies for key clients.
• Foster robust executive-level relationships to promote long-term growth and retention.
• Investigate AI tools, trends, and technologies pertinent to digital marketing.
• Identify opportunities for integrating AI into marketing services.
• Develop and manage multi-channel marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and paid social.
• Conduct client status meetings and monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate closely with GTM, Customer Success, and Product teams to uncover growth opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience in a digital marketing role, typically requiring 4+ years.
• Experience in managing or leading a team of client-facing professionals.
• Strong background in handling large, complex, or enterprise-level accounts.
• Proven capability in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
• Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and paid social advertising.
• Proficient in using Google Analytics (GA4) and data analysis tools.
• Interest in or familiarity with AI technologies in marketing.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities across client and team responsibilities.
