Lead Market Infrastructure Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and take ownership of the Python market infrastructure stack for Kamino.

• Develop a reallocation engine that leverages real-time on-chain and off-chain data to facilitate automated capital allocations, enhancing the efficiency of Kamino vaults.

• Create dependable automated transaction and instruction pipelines for effective interaction with Solana programs.

• Identify key data points to improve risk monitoring and integrate real-time mitigation logic within the infrastructure.

• Develop reporting tools to assist both operators and user-facing interfaces.

• Employ stringent testing, monitoring, and security practices to ensure reliability, performance, and resilience against vulnerabilities and exploits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical Python experience, encompassing architecture, type systems, testing, and production lifecycle management.

• At least 2 years of experience in developing and interacting with Solana programs.

• Demonstrated experience in building production-grade applications and infrastructure using Python and/or TypeScript on top of Solana programs.

• Profound understanding of the Solana transaction and instruction lifecycle, with the capability to design systems that are optimized for performance and reliability.

• Proficiency in writing Rust programs is an advantage.

• Active involvement in the Solana DeFi ecosystem, including protocols, infrastructure enhancements, and evolving applications.

• Familiarity with economic modeling, financial mathematics, or quantitative analysis in DeFi.

• Detail-oriented, highly disciplined, and proactive.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex financial requirements into scalable technical solutions.
