• Conduct research to identify potential new customers.
• Initiate telephone outreach and qualify prospective clients.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for the field sales team.
• Perform follow-up activities after trade shows and sales campaigns.
• Manage and process leads, including tracking quotes.
• Oversee account management for current customers in close partnership with the field sales team.
• Collaborate with and provide support to various internal departments as well as our subsidiaries.
• Conduct market research and deliver analyses on sales performance and potential markets.
• Completed commercial/business vocational training or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in sales and a technical background is preferred – motivated career changers are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient use of MS Office applications.
• Excellent English language skills; proficiency in additional languages such as French and/or Dutch is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with active listening skills to effectively identify customer needs and offer compelling advice.
• A structured, diligent, and independent working style; strong negotiation abilities.
