📋 Description

• Oversee Major Component Upgrade (MCU) Operations for Wind Farms

• Ensure EHS compliance, execution quality, and cost efficiency for MCU operations

• Act as a technical advisor and support all stakeholders involved

• Work collaboratively with various teams to achieve top-tier MCU execution

• Anticipate and resolve potential issues proactively

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a qualified Electrician with an Australian electrical license or a certified Mechanical tradesperson

• Skilled in diagnosing faults in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems

• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading crane operations from start to finish

• At least 3 years of experience in the Wind Maintenance industry

• Knowledgeable in the mechanical and electrical aspects of Wind Turbine Generators

• Must possess the necessary eligibility to work in Australia
