📋 Description

• Oversee a team of more than 30 researchers

• Execute significant quality and efficiency initiatives

• Take ownership of your team’s KPIs and overall performance

• Partner with engineering teams for process automation

• Promptly escalate all risks and incidents in a clear manner

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering, information systems, operations, or supply chain management)

• Demonstrated expertise in business process design, management, and optimization

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience

• Proficient in using spreadsheets

• Comfortable working remotely in a global setting
