This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee the comprehensive strategy for foundational People Leader principles.
• Direct the full strategy for "Leading Self."
• Establish learning objectives and success metrics for both pathways.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure alignment with company culture and business goals.
• Work alongside a team of instructional designers to co-develop engaging and scalable virtual learning experiences.
• Guarantee that content is inclusive, accessible, and pertinent to diverse learner groups.
• Set KPIs and feedback mechanisms to evaluate learner engagement and skill utilization.
• Introduce bold and innovative ideas to captivate learners and promote a culture of ongoing development.
• Over 10 years of experience in leadership development, organizational capability enhancement, or related domains.
• Demonstrated success in designing and scaling virtual learning initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design, and digital learning technologies.
• Strong skills in facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with AI-driven learning tools and platforms is an advantage.
