This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver IT Governance Support Services to enhance the effectiveness of IT governance.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive IT Governance roadmap.
• Conduct regular assessments of IT Governance maturity.
• Design and implement a flexible IT Governance model.
• Incorporate IT Governance checkpoints into Agile ceremonies.
• Sustain a Total Cost of Ownership model.
• Set forth policies and standards for budgeting and cost approval.
• Evaluate current IT standards against industry best practices.
• Facilitate workshops for stakeholders to provide updates.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes.
• At least five (5) years of that experience should have been in a leadership role.
• A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering discipline.
• Seven (7) years of full-time experience in developing, planning, and supporting an IT governance framework.
• At least five (5) years of that experience should have involved supporting executive-level decision-making.
• Must be able to provide client/user end reference contact information for each relevant project.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience applying IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF) is desirable.
• Holding a valid CGEIT certification is desirable.
• Holding a valid CSPO certification is desirable.
• Holding a valid SAFe Agilist certification is desirable.
