Lead Instructor – AI-Enabled Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Present engaging, high-impact remote lectures focused on AI product discovery methodologies, such as Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) and OKRs tailored to AI functionalities.

• Facilitate "prompt-along" sessions and assist students in hands-on, self-directed exercises to ensure both technical skills and conceptual understanding.

• Support learners in navigating the intricacies of AI roadmapping, product prioritization, and the strategic positioning of LLM-powered products.

• Offer expert advice on utilizing the Microsoft product suite, particularly Copilot and Azure AI Foundry, throughout the product management lifecycle.

• Assess student progress and deliver constructive feedback regarding their capability to scope and define AI-enhanced product features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management, including a minimum of 2 years of direct involvement in delivering AI-powered features in a production setting.

• Demonstrated experience in teaching or mentoring professionals, with a talent for breaking down complex AI concepts for an audience without engineering backgrounds.

• Extensive knowledge of AI product discovery frameworks and the ability to implement standard PM metrics (OKRs, JTBD) specifically for AI-focused projects.

• Proficient understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot and Azure AI Foundry.

• Possession of AI-900 or AI-102 certification is highly advantageous. Experience as a PM or GPM in a leading tech company such as Microsoft or Google is strongly preferred.
