This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Providing high-quality, live virtual instruction while collaborating with company staff to achieve outstanding learning results.
• Conducting large synchronous online lectures covering technical subjects, training anywhere from 100 to over 8,000 Fellows at a time, based on the program requirements.
• Preparing and facilitating virtual classroom sessions, working together with operations staff, and contributing to the overall success of the program.
• Working closely with Correlation One operations staff to ensure seamless program delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Being adaptable in participating in classes during weekdays and/or weekends, as program schedules can vary.
• Supporting lesson design, development, and enhancement, which may involve tracking revisions, suggestions, or changes to the curriculum as necessary.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or similar technical fields (preferably in Structures, Assembly & Integration, or Composites).
• Knowledge of technician-level skills relevant to aerospace roles, including reading blueprints, using precision measurement tools, and performing hands-on tasks in structures, assembly & integration, or composites (e.g., drilling/fastening, system assembly, torque application, or composite layup/bonding).
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards (e.g., OSHA, 5S, FOD).
• Experience working from written instructions, engineering drawings, and quality specifications in a production or aerospace setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: Structures (drilling, fastening, structural assembly), Assembly & Integration (system assembly, fluid systems, harness routing), or Composites (layup, bonding, surface preparation).
• Proven experience in teaching, training, or mentoring adult learners in technical subjects.
• Ability to provide engaging instruction in a large-scale live virtual environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
