This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Drive enterprise AI enablement initiatives for customer-facing team members, encompassing AI technical expertise, solution positioning and sales, workforce efficiency, and market readiness.
• Oversee AI enablement programs, which include needs assessment, gathering feedback, prioritization, instructional design, and communication with stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance for the design, development, implementation, and assessment of complex AI learning programs.
• Convert cross-functional business needs into organizational enhancement and learning solutions.
• Identify gaps in AI capabilities and formulate learning strategies in collaboration with Sales, Solutions & Services, Revenue Operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Conduct research and implement AI, learning technologies, and industry best practices.
• Analyze opportunities, propose solutions, and enhance organizational efficacy.
• Create and implement project management strategies for resource allocation, timelines, and business requirements.
• Assess learner skills, client satisfaction, adoption rates, proficiency, productivity, sales readiness, and overall business impact.
• Establish success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of the AI enablement program.
• Present recommendations, project proposals, and business reviews to internal executive audiences.
• Mentor and coach members of the instructional design team while providing thought leadership.
• Evaluate and collaborate with external vendors or contractors as necessary.
• Conduct curriculum reviews with subject matter experts.
• Lead project teams and guide the development of instructional materials.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and formulate business case recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field, or 11 years of equivalent experience in instructional design or a related domain.
• Up-to-date, comprehensive knowledge of learning technologies, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Experience in utilizing AI-enabled tools for learning operations, content development, learner experiences, and enhancing team productivity.
• Strong grasp of AI technologies, generative AI tools, and their business applications.
• Proficient in instructional design, adult learning theories, and evaluation methods.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale learning, enablement, or workforce capability initiatives centered on AI, emerging technologies, or digital transformation.
• Ability to interpret business challenges and propose training solutions.
• Capability to convey complex concepts and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated ability in time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with sales and services organizations to boost revenue and profit performance.
• Proven track record in leading AI-focused enablement programs for customer-facing teams.
• Strong ability to foster productive cross-functional relationships.
• Capacity to manage competing priorities, adapt to evolving business needs, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
