📋 Description

• Handle incoming customer inquiries through both phone and email channels

• Assess customer requirements and deliver the best product solutions

• Inform prospective clients about their insurance choices

• Precisely input relevant customer information

• Collaborate efficiently in an AI-enhanced work setting

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification

• Experience of six (6) to twelve (12) months in a customer service role

• Excellent customer service abilities

• Capability to assist customers with travel insurance inquiries

• Must be eligible to acquire a license for selling travel insurance in all 50 states
