Lead Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Ensure that customers have an exceptional onboarding experience.

• Serve as the internal point of escalation and primary contact for clients.

• Set up the Sprinklr product tailored for diverse brands and industries.

• Offer social insights and strategic recommendations.

• Design and implement suitable Sprinklr solutions.

• Facilitate client training and education on the platform.

• Complete platform deployment while anticipating future client requirements.

• Provide consultancy during project implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.

• Capacity to quickly acquire new technical skills.

• Experience in deploying Voice and Non-Voice Contact center applications.

• Understanding of Voice protocols.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM platforms.

• Background in telecom, call center integration, and VoIP applications.

• Proficiency in Groovy and JavaScript.

• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment.
