This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a team comprising Engineers, Sr. Engineers, Consultants, Sr. Consultants, and Architects
• Provide support in Sales Engineering, assist with BOM creation and SOW, while planning and designing intricate multi-vendor solutions
• Guide customers in the modernization of identity and access management systems and programs
• Possess automation expertise in lifecycle account management systems
• Research, design, and develop repeatable IAM solutions tailored to customer IT requirements
• Leverage technical vision and strategic plans to transform service and product offerings into high-value solutions
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of solutions such as SailPoint, BeyondTrust, One Identity, CyberArk, Delinea, and EntraID
• Understand Certificate Lifecycle Management and the CA/Browser Forum mandates
• Collaborate with internal pre-sales engineering teams to identify and map new opportunities, resolve issues, and expedite solutions, providing regular updates to Account Management and Engineering teams
• Organize internal training workshops for staff
• Assist in designing and architecting solutions that meet customer specifications. Lead design architecture discussions and conduct peer reviews with customers to ensure comprehensive documentation.
• Support the Services Director with resource management
• Establish and nurture relationships with manufacturers and vendors
• Serve as an escalation point for Engineers, Sr. Engineers, Consultants, Sr. Consultants, and Architects
• Oversee Quality Assurance (QA) for all projects
• Engage with key IAM vendors to remain updated on products and technologies
• Possess knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as PCI, HIPAA, etc.
• Pursue continuing education in relevant certifications that would enhance the Lead Technical Architect role
• Be available to address customer IT needs and uphold ePlus’ standards of service
• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in IT
• At least 5 years of experience in a Sales Consultant or Architect role
• Multiple industry-recognized certifications, such as CISSP, GSEC, GIAC, CIAMP
• Vendor certifications in Sailpoint, BeyondTrust, One Identity, CyberArk, Delinea, Entra ID, etc.
• Exceptional customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Strong presentation, communication, and documentation abilities
• Capability to think quickly and devise solutions on the spot
• Must possess comprehensive knowledge to design, plan, implement, and support IT systems
