Lead HCM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Implement and configure enterprise-level Workday solutions for international clients

• Typically take the lead on a project workstream

• Foster customer relationships while designing and delivering solutions that meet customer needs

• Offer guidance to clients by comprehending their business and requirements

• Mentor junior team members and share expertise

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM and an additional specialized capability

• Proficient in both English and Finnish

• Recent experience in HCM implementation

• Exceptional customer focus with the ability to evaluate customer needs, cultivate relationships, and manage expectations

• Strong commercial awareness and insight into project and business dynamics

• Capable of working under tight deadlines and making sound decisions in high-pressure situations

• Ability to lead a functional workstream on a primary implementation throughout the entire project lifecycle

• Potential to become a recognized subject matter expert, such as a Workday Product Lead

• Capacity to implement enhancements in tools and/or processes

• Commercial understanding of utilization within a services organization and the significance of targets

• Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations within the same region, with limited out-of-region travel possibly required

• Professional qualifications in the relevant field are preferred

• Workday HCM certification is preferred
