This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Supply GTM technology stack. Oversee the complete administration of call recording, sequencing, and data enrichment platforms — managing user setup, permissions, sequences, automations, and troubleshooting — along with the underlying Salesforce and iPaaS foundation. Lead several concurrent projects, establish direction, and communicate trade-offs with clarity.
• Prioritize declarative development, coding only when necessary. Create and implement solutions with a Flow-first approach (including record-triggered, screen, and scheduled Flows; validation rules; and permission-based security). Write minimal Apex code for trigger handlers, small async/batch jobs, and ensure adequate test coverage, while developing Lightning Web Components for custom user interfaces when declarative tools fall short. Recognize when to refrain from coding.
• Ensure data integrity throughout the stack. Manage accurate synchronization and data quality between Salesforce and the various tools — ensuring enrichment data, call/activity capture, and sequence engagement are seamlessly integrated into the CRM. Monitor system performance, identify root causes of sync failures, and establish safeguards to maintain data cleanliness.
• Develop scalable processes. Collaborate with sales leadership and RevOps to transform manual and ad hoc outbound workflows into robust, scalable automation that aligns with business objectives.
• Set benchmarks and elevate the team. Establish admin standards, documentation, and conventions for the stack. Mentor junior admins, act as the escalation point for complex tooling challenges, and guide the team through intricate cross-functional decisions.
• Direct tool assessment and implementation. Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of new tools for the stack, ensuring the right tool is chosen for each challenge and confidently navigating uncertainties.
• 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, preferably supporting sales, business development, outbound, or RevOps functions.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory; Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer I are highly preferred.
• Extensive declarative expertise: Flow (all types), validation rules, permission sets, sharing/security models, and solid data model design.
• Proficient developer fluency on the platform: ability to read and write lightweight Apex (triggers using a handler pattern, simple classes, async/batch, test classes) and create Lightning Web Components for custom interfaces. Familiarity with governor limits, bulkification, and the principle of clicks-over-code.
• Comfortable operating within an AI-first development environment: hands-on experience with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools to expedite building, debugging, and deployment — along with the ability to review and validate their outputs.
• Practical experience managing core sales tool categories: call recording/conversation intelligence, sequencing/outbound engagement, and data enrichment.
• Integration experience: adept at managing data synchronization between Salesforce and connected GTM tools via an iPaaS layer.
• Proven history of leading initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and coordinating across teams to achieve results.
• Strong communicator who can distinguish valuable insights from distractions, provide recommendations, and engage partners effectively.
• Bonus: experience in travel, hospitality, or marketplace sectors; exposure to Data Cloud and Agentforce; familiarity with version control and CI/CD for Salesforce (Git, sfdx).
• Competitive base salary based on role and experience, with potential for bonuses, commissions, and equity.
