Lead Go Developer, AdTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design and develop essential Back-End services for workflows related to real-time bidding, optimization, and ad delivery.

• Create tailored bidding agents for real-time bid decision-making.

• Construct high-load, low-latency components that facilitate real-time auction and delivery mechanisms.

• Implement proprietary methods for pacing, bid-shading, and optimization to enhance campaign efficiency.

• Design and incorporate forecasting features for impressions, reach, outcome estimation, and campaign planning.

• Work with OpenRTB, JSON, protobuf, and various ad-tech protocols and data formats.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, data, and ad operations to provide scalable performance advertising solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a Back-End Developer in commercial projects.

• Strong practical experience with Golang.

• Proven experience in designing and building high-load, low-latency distributed systems.

• Hands-on experience with JSON-based integrations, protobuf, or comparable protocols.

• Familiarity with low-latency data stores and caching technologies such as Aerospike, Redis, ElastiCache, or similar.

• Proficiency with PostgreSQL or equivalent relational databases.

• Ability to work autonomously, analyze complex system trade-offs, and contribute to architectural decisions.

• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.
