Lead Geospatial Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design and implement high-performance spatial data pipelines.

• Oversee and guide a technical team.

• Manage large datasets effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Engineering.

• Proficient in: Python (Pandas, GeoPandas) and SQL.

• Familiarity with Spatial Database: PostgreSQL + PostGIS (should be your second language).

• Experience with Big Data technologies: OLAP Databases (ClickHouse, BigQuery) for large datasets and Spatial Indexing (H3/S2).

• Proven leadership abilities (code reviews, mentoring, and team management).
