This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and assess potential new clients within the SAP environment (B2B).
• Perform market and competitor analysis to effectively target prospective clients.
• Develop and sustain a qualified sales pipeline in close partnership with the sales team.
• Utilize tools (such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems) for lead research and nurturing.
• Engage with decision-makers through various communication channels (phone, email, social selling, events).
• Arrange appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
• Initial experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development, preferably in the IT/SAP sector.
• Familiarity with business processes and ERP/SAP topics is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident presence when interacting with decision-makers.
• Enjoy networking, conducting research, and establishing new client relationships.
• Independent, organized, and results-driven work approach.
• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
